Full Job Description
As Senior Manager of Revenue Cycle Analytics & Strategic Performance, you will lead a high-performing analytics team responsible for driving enterprise-wide insights and operational excellence. This role blends strategic thinking, technical acumen, and people leadership to optimize revenue cycle performance and influence executive decision-making. You will serve as a key partner to cross-functional leaders, translating complex data into actionable strategies that improve financial outcomes and elevate the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Analytics & Performance Optimization:
  • Architect and execute enterprise-wide analytics strategies to optimize revenue cycle performance.
  • Lead the design of dashboards, reporting, and KPI frameworks that inform strategic decisions.
  • Identify systemic inefficiencies and develop data-backed solutions to improve throughput, cash flow, and compliance.


Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a team of analysts across multiple business units.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, translating insights into operational and financial impact.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, IT, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to align analytics with organizational goals.


Data Governance & Innovation
  • Champion data integrity, governance, and automation across the revenue cycle ecosystem.
  • Oversee the development of scalable reporting infrastructure using advanced BI tools and cloud platforms.
  • Evangelize data-driven storytelling to influence change and drive adoption of analytics solutions.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare analytics, revenue cycle strategy, or financial operations.
  • Proven success leading analytics teams in complex, matrixed healthcare environments.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Expertise in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R, and cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure).
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle KPIs, payer behavior, and reimbursement models.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives that drive executive action.


For this US-based position, the base pay range is $113,520.00 - $181,244.55 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%
