Full Job Description
We9re hiring a Senior Manager of Product Commercialization to drive how our products are packaged, bundled, and brought to market. This role is the operational hub connecting Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement - turning product releases into sellable offers and making sure every launch has a clear commercial story and execute the product enablement plan that is the foundation for our Go to Market process.
What You9ll Do:
3 Manage, create and set up SKU9s, pricing, and bundling for new capabilities.
3 Maintain Pricing Sheets, CPQ, SFDC and pricing roll out across product pillars.
3 Execute packaging and bundling recommendations across the product portfolio, in partnership with Product Management, Finance and RevOps
3 Coordinate cross-functional GTM readiness for product launches - aligning Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and Sales leadership on positioning, pricing, and rollout timing
3 Maintain the packaging/bundling architecture (editions, add-ons, bundles) and manage the intake process for how new features get incorporated
3 Define Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Product roll out, ensuring appropriate product readiness at each Tier
3 Run the GTM coordination cadence - launch readiness reviews, cross-functional sign-off, timeline tracking - so nothing ships without a commercial plan
3 Support business case development for new bundles (competitive input, attach rate analysis)
3 Monitor commercial performance of packages post-launch (attach rates, discounting patterns) and flag issues
3 Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Sales and Marketing on pricing/packaging questions
What You9ll Bring
3 4-6 years in product management, product marketing, or pricing/monetization at a B2B SaaS company
3 Experience supporting or executing packaging, bundling, or pricing changes
3 Strong cross-functional project management skills - comfortable driving alignment across Product, Marketing, and Sales without direct authority
3 Clear, concise written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to VP-level stakeholders
3 Analytical fluency (attach rates, ARR mix, basic pricing math)
3 Supply chain/logistics or complex B2B platform experience is a plus, not required
Success Metrics - First 12 Months
3 Consistent, on-time GTM readiness for all packaging/bundling launches
3 Adoption of a repeatable launch coordination process across product lines
3 Improved Sales feedback on clarity/usability of packaging collateral
3 Fly wheel SKU and Pricing creation, testing and production readiness process
Compensation and Benefits:
We continually evaluate our pay ranges to reflect skills, experience, and market conditions. The base salary offered will be determined by assessing a candidate9s experience and skills relative to the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the specific geographic location where the job will be performed. Base salary is one component of project449s total compensation package, which also includes stock options for all EOR and project44-employed team members, bonus or commission eligibility depending on role, and a benefits package tailored to your country of employment. Specific benefits package offerings vary by country and may include health, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off, in line with local market standards and statutory programs. The base salary range for this position is $145,000 - $215,000 USD.
