Your work will translate claims, payer, and specialty pharmacy data into clear, timely insights that strengthen execution and accelerate impact for patients.

You will be the connective tissue between strategy and action-operationalizing market access plans through standardized, scalable reporting and diagnostics that field teams depend on every week. Do you see patterns in channel and trade data that others miss, and know how to turn them into critical metrics teams can act on at pace?
Accountabilities:
  • Payer Field Analytics & Enablement: Serve as the analytics lead for payer field teams, crafting account- and payer-level performance views that sharpen account planning and prioritization; translate access and utilization data into actionable guidance; deliver consistent reporting aligned to field workflows and cadence to raise adoption and performance.
  • OCG Analytics: Provide analytics support for Organized Customer Group strategy and engagement; develop OCG-level performance views including utilization trends and network dynamics; centralize Federal Accounts data into dashboards and insights; inform engagement planning and long-term partnership strategy; identify performance signals, opportunities, and risks that could affect product access or patient flow.
  • Channel & Trade Analytics: Design standardized data views, dashboards, and performance metrics across channels and distribution, including channel mix, claims, and dispensing data to drive visibility in trade execution; be responsible for the automation, integration, and improvement of trade-related reporting and data assets to improve scalability, reliability, and speed of insights; lead Channel, Distribution & Specialty Pharmacy performance reporting, including dispensing trends, service-level metrics, and adherence to contractual performance indicators; partner closely with Trade Analytics, Trade Operations, and Channel field teams to operationalize data and reporting frameworks and to define and standardize targets that monitor trade execution and channel performance.
  • Data & Reporting Excellence: Partner with data and technology teams to secure reliable, timely access to claims, payer, SP, and trade datasets; define reporting standards and business rules for field, channel, and trade analytics; improve automation, scalability, and usability of analytics deliverables so team members can move from insight to action faster.

  • Experience working with claims, payer, and specialty pharmacy data
  • Strong communication skills with field-facing team members
  • The duties of this role are generally conducted in an office environment. As is typical of an office-based role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.
