We are looking to hire a Sr Manufacturing Quality Manager. This position will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining test systems and methods that improve product quality, support new model introductions, and increase manufacturing efficiency. This role also leads test system improvement initiatives, supports production needs, and ensures test equipment reliability through calibration, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.

How You'll Create Possibilities- Develop and implement new and enhanced test methods to expand testing capabilities, support business growth, and enable new product introductions.
- Improve outgoing product quality by strengthening test processes and implementing effective test firewalls.
- Write, modify, and analyze test programs for:
- Leak and flow rates
- Wattage
- Resistance
- Hipot
- Ground bond
- Other electrical and functional test parameters
- Program, maintain, and support assigned test equipment to ensure reliable operation.
- Review daily assembly line test issues, identify equipment failures, and drive timely resolution.
- Collaborate with Process Improvement Engineers and Maintenance teams to troubleshoot and repair test systems.
- Serve as the first point of contact for Business Team Leaders on production issues related to test equipment.
- Lead test system improvement initiatives and coordinate project efforts to meet performance goals.
- Implement error-proofing (poka-yoke) techniques to reduce defects and improve yield.
- Develop standard work instructions and visual aids to support operator training and ensure consistency.
- Analyze test data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and execute escalation plans as required.
- Lead the Test Systems Team, including scheduling and daily work coordination.
- Drive continuous improvement projects within the test team.
- Build strong partnerships with production teams to proactively address inefficiencies.
- Maintain assigned quality test equipment and gauges.
- Own calibration and preventive maintenance activities for test equipment.
- Ensure availability of spare parts and maintain clear troubleshooting documentation to minimize downtime.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring to Our Team- Electrical Engineering degree or related field
- 7 years' of related experience troubleshooting and supporting manufacturing test equipment, or equivalent education and experience.
- 3 years of quality leadership experience.
- Proven ability to influence and drive change.
- Ability to communicate effectively and foster management andresults-oriented employee participation.
