We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Manager to join our Valuations team in Toronto.
In this role, you will be a key member of the Investment Finance and Valuations leadership team, contributing to the delivery of valuation processes, forecasting, and strategic financial insights across the infrastructure platform. You will play an important role in fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on coaching, development, open communication, and continuous improvement, while partnering closely with Finance and Investment teams to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.

As a valued member of the OMERS Investment Finance and Valuations Team, you will play a critical role in developing portfolio analysis that supports strategic decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the quarterly portfolio valuation analysis to assess trends, identify key drivers, and provide actionable insights for senior leadership.
- Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture through open communication, coaching, mentorship, feedback, and recognition, supporting employee engagement, growth, and development.
- Providing oversight and strategic direction for financial models that support valuation, strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis across infrastructure portfolio.
- Collaborating with Investment Teams to deliver timely, data-driven insights that inform decision-making and optimize portfolio outcomes.
- Supporting the development of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and accurate financial planning.
- Contributing to system enhancements and process improvements, including the implementation of portfolio management tools and automation initiatives.
- Participating in special projects and ad hoc analyses, providing expertise and innovative solutions to financial challenges.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Valuation & Financial Expertise: 5+ years of valuation experience, including strong expertise in valuation methodologies for private investments and complex assets. A CBV or equivalent business valuation designation is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and complex financial modeling.
- Analytical & Technical Skills: Excellent analytical, quantitative and critical thinking skills. The ability to assess complex information, solve problems, and provide well-supported recommendations. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Leadership & Relationship Management: Proven people leadership capabilities with a commitment to coaching, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture. Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively across stakeholders and functions. Dedicated to fostering an environment with open communication, feedback and recognition.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Prior exposure to the asset management industry and/ or prior experience in a professional services environment with a focus on business valuation.

The expected salary range for this position is $103,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year.
