We are seeking a Senior Manager, Investment Consulting to lead a high-performing team of investment professionals responsible for delivering sophisticated portfolio insights, investment research, and strategic guidance to clients and internal partners. As a trusted advisor and thought leader, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization to enhance investment offerings, optimize client experiences, and drive the adoption of innovative investment solutions.

• Represent the firm as a thought leader, contributing to industry perspectives, client engagement, and market commentary.
• Drive operational excellence, team performance, and scalable growth across the function.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in investment management, wealth management, institutional consulting, financial services, or a related field.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in investment strategy, portfolio construction, asset allocation, and client engagement.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MBA, Master's, or similar).
• CFA, CFP, or other recognized investment designation.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic business initiatives.
• Deep understanding of institutional and/or advisory investment solutions.
• FINRA Series 7, 63, and 24 or the ability to obtain within departmental guidelines.
