Full Job Description
Role Purpose

The Senior Manager, Media plays a critical role in this transformation, working across the North American portfolio to create impactful omnichannel plans that meet consumers and shoppers where they are on the path to purchase.

You will lead the development of full-funnel media frameworks across national and retail channels, elevate the performance and expectations of our agency partners, and equip brand teams with the tools, insights, and systems needed to execute best-in-class plans.

This is a center of excellence leadership role, focused on raising the standard of how every media dollar works harder across Hain.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead ongoing Media and Shopper agency relationship, establishing clear ways of working and performance expectations and setting a higher bar for strategy, speed, innovation, and accountability.
  • Develop and evolve Hain's omnichannel media strategy, integrating national media, retail media, and commerce touchpoints into a unified approach that supports marketing goals.
  • Navigate the dynamic landscape of digital media, focusing on key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Kroger Precision Marketing, Amazon, and Albertsons Media Collective. You will lead our efforts to optimize our presence and performance.
  • Act as an advisor to the brand teams, supporting them in defining the role of each channel (paid social, search, retail media, programmatic, etc.) across the consumer journey to develop winning bespoke media plans.
  • Guide brands in scoping the right type and volume of creative assets needed to fuel strengthened media plan delivery, driving gains in both efficiency and effectiveness of execution.
  • Help position Hain as a credible, strategic partner to retailers through strong media and shopper expertise
  • Advise brands on how to storytell their media strategy and tactics to elevate commercial planning touchpoints such as trade releases and retailer line reviews.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing, and eCommerce, aligning full-funnel media strategies and promotional activity to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead Consult in the continuous refresh of marketing opportunities within the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, ensuring the pipeline stays current as business needs evolve.
  • Provide guidance and criteria for evaluating inbound opportunities from Sales, helping prioritize efforts against strategic and financial impact.
  • Drive the integration of insights into the broader e-commerce and omnichannel strategy, contributing to joint business planning and strategic discussions across the media mix
  • Ensure media strategies and executions align with the right audiences and right messages as defined by the brands
  • Develop and deploy a consistent measurement framework across working media
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive decision-making across teams
  • Scale learnings and best practices across brands to drive consistency and efficiency
  • Ensure media agency effectively leverages real-time optimization of our marketing initiatives across platforms
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the evolving media landscape, identifying new opportunities for growth and innovation


Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 6 years relevant experience within the agency and/or Integrated Marketing environment. CPG experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Proven track record in digital media planning and execution, with a strong focus on programmatic and social media.
  • Demonstrated experience managing relationships with media agencies and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using tools to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Computer skills including MS Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel PowerPoint.
