The North America Sports & Entertainment Marketing team builds brand relevance and meaningful consumer connection through athlete, ambassador, entertainment, and creator partnerships. The team brings lululemon's brand strategy to life through culturally relevant relationships and programs that strengthen community, expand reach, and drive measurable brand and business impact.

core responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing defines and leads lululemon's North America creator marketing vision, building a scalable, relationship-first creator ecosystem that strengthens brand affinity, cultural relevance, and business impact. This role leads a team of influencer marketing professionals and partners cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class creator programs and strategic relationships.

  • Define and own the long-term strategy, roadmap, and operating model for influencer marketing across North America, aligned with brand, business, and consumer priorities.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of influencer marketing professionals, building capabilities and a culture of innovation, accountability, and operational excellence.Build and scale a robust creator ecosystem and signature creator program, with the ambition to engage 5,000 + creators and drive advocacy, community engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Develop and nurture strategic, long-term relationships with high-impact creators, talent representatives, agencies, platforms, and industry partners.
  • Establish lululemon as a market-leading authority in creator marketing by identifying industry shifts and pioneering approaches that elevate brand relevance and competitive advantage.
  • Set performance goals and oversee measurement frameworks, analytics, forecasting, and optimization to improve brand awareness, share of voice, consumer engagement, and business impact.
  • Partner across Brand, Social, Content, PR, Partnerships, Digital Marketing, Analytics, and Global teams to align priorities and deliver integrated creator initiatives.
  • Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on creator trends, platform evolution, consumer behavior, industry innovation, and competitive activity, translating insights into recommendations for senior leadership.


qualifications
  • 8 to 10+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator marketing, social marketing, brand marketing, or a related discipline, with progressively increasing scope and leadership responsibility.
  • 3 to 5+ years of people leadership experience, including building, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience developing and scaling creator or influencer marketing programs that deliver measurable brand and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships with creators, talent representatives, agencies, platforms, and industry stakeholders.
  • Partner with Brand, Social, Creative, and Performance Marketing teams to maximize the value of creator content across owned, earned, paid, retail, and community channels.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and executive-influence skills, with a track record of aligning senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams around shared priorities.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, including experience with performance measurement, forecasting, investment optimization, and translating insights into clear recommendations.
  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $144,100 - $189,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and subject to program eligibility requirements.
