Full Job Description
Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager in Marketing Effectiveness at Ekimetrics, you will play a key role in leading strategic client engagements, driving high-impact analytics and data science solutions, and driving business growth. You will oversee a portfolio of complex client accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and identifying innovative, value-driven opportunities that support business transformation. Working closely with global leadership and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the company's strategic objectives through thought leadership, operational excellence, and business development activities, including prospecting and expanding client relationships. You will also lead key internal initiatives across areas such as innovation, talent development, and process improvement, while mentoring and managing a team of Business scientists, providing coaching, performance feedback, and clear development pathways to foster a high-performing and engaged organization. Your responsibilities will include:

Strategic Contributions & Ekimetrics Growth
  • Contribute to strategic decisions, operational planning, investment priorities, and business performance.
  • Drive innovation by identifying new capabilities, solutions, and process improvements that enhance client impact, operational efficiency, and profitability.
  • Champion Ekimetrics' culture and values, leading internal initiatives that strengthen employee development, engagement, knowledge sharing, and diversity.
  • Leverage deep industry and analytics expertise to shape strategic direction, provide thought leadership, and support the evolution of Ekimetrics' market offering.


Account Steering & Delivery
  • Own executive-level relationships across a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trust with senior stakeholders and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Lead the delivery of Ekimetrics' most complex and high-value engagements, including transformational, innovative, and multi-workstream analytics projects.
  • Oversee account performance, growth, and profitability by partnering with project teams to ensure successful execution and long-term client value.
  • Expand Ekimetrics' market presence by cultivating strong client networks and positioning the firm as a trusted partner in data-driven transformation.


People Management & Development
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of consultants and data scientists through performance management, mentorship, and continuous feedback.
  • Drive talent strategies, including recruiting, workforce planning, retention, succession planning, and the development of future leaders.
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged team culture by providing growth opportunities and supporting employee development.
  • Partner with global teams on people initiatives, including training programs, performance reviews, leadership development, and culture-building activities.


Business Development
  • Drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities while expanding relationships with existing clients.
  • Lead upsell and cross-sell initiatives, positioning Ekimetrics as a strategic partner for analytics, AI, and data science transformation.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in commercial activities, including RFPs, proposals, client presentations, and strategic pitches.
  • Represent Ekimetrics externally through thought leadership, industry events, speaking engagements, and executive networking opportunities.


Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics, data science, marketing science, or a related consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in analytics and data science tools, including Python, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business insights.
  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic client engagements, delivering business value, and driving data-driven transformation initiatives.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level client relationships and influence stakeholders across industries.
  • Strong leadership experience, including coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, thought leadership, and contributing to business growth through client development and market expansion.


$175,000 - $175,000 a year

At Ekimetrics, final base salary is determined by a multitude of factors and vary from candidate to candidate. Determining factors for base compensation include, but are not limited to, professional background, years of experience, and skillset. A reasonable estimate of the base salary for our NYC office is between $175,000. In addition to this base salary, we have a comprehensive benefits package, generous bonus package, and a dynamic promotions and salary structure.
