What will you work on?
Reporting to the Director of Global Supply Planning, you will lead the strategic optimization of inventory, order fulfillment, and supply chain costs across our global business segments. Managing a team of Global Supply Planners, you will drive the monthly S&OP supply agreement processes, secure executive sign-off on global buys and pre-build contracts, and act as the central operational link between Sales, Demand Planning, Finance, and regional operations teams.

How will you create impact?

  • Lead and develop the global supply planning team, driving professional growth, succession planning, and a high-performance culture
  • Secure executive S&OP alignment on global purchase plans, production schedules, and pre-build supplier contracts
  • Translate global demand signals into feasible inventory plans, balancing safety stock and working capital investment
  • Optimize product deployment globally to meet on-time delivery (OTD) and customer fulfillment targets, specifically focusing on the North American market
  • Act as the primary escalation point for global supply constraints, engineering risk mitigation strategies and directing stock allocations
  • Monitor and analyze key supply chain KPIs, identifying performance gaps and driving corrective actions to improve inventory turns
  • Champion continuous improvement and digital transformation projects, standardizing processes within planning systems (SAP/IBP)


What are your skills and experience?

  • Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
  • Progressive leadership experience in supply planning and inventory management, preferably within a fast-paced, high-SKU consumer packaged goods (CPG) environment
  • Expertise leading the supply side of the S&OP process and aligning cross-functional executives on supply-demand balancing
  • Advanced technical proficiency with enterprise ERP and advanced planning tools, with a strong preference for SAP and SAP IBP
  • Advanced data modeling and analytical skills to run complex scenarios, analyze capacity constraints, and identify cost-optimization opportunities
  • Proven capacity to manage change, drive system implementation projects, and lead teams through organizational complexity

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in Ontario is $118,600 to $158,100 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
