Otis is strengthening its global pricing capabilities to support profitable growth, operational excellence, and consistent commercial execution across its businesses. As pricing processes, tools, and workflows continue to evolve, the organization requires dedicated leadership to improve system effectiveness, simplify commercial processes, and enhance adoption across regions and functions.
The Senior Manager, Global Pricing Enablement will partner closely with Digital Technology, Sales, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to improve pricing-related systems, workflows, governance, and enablement programs. This role will play an important part in improving how pricing capabilities are deployed and utilized across the organization.
Pricing Systems & Technology- Own the global pricing technology strategy across CRM, CPQ and commercial workflow platforms.
- Establish global pricing architecture and standards across regional systems, ensuring consistency while supporting local market requirements.
- Translate business requirements into scalable pricing workflows, governance processes, decision-support capabilities, and commercial system enhancements.
- Lead the implementation of pricing-related tools, workflow improvements, automation capabilities, and process enhancements that improve commercial execution and operational effectiveness
- Define and prioritize the multi-year pricing technology roadmap with DT, Sales, Finance, Operations, and regional pricing leaders.
Commercial Enablement & Adoption- Embed pricing intelligence directly into quoting, renewals, deal reviews, contract management, and commercial decision workflows.
- Establish global standards for price governance, Delegation of Authority, exception management, and Deal Desk operating processes.
- Simplify and redesign pricing processes to improve commercial productivity, adoption, execution speed, and price realization.
- Develop change management, training, communication, and adoption programs that drive sustainable behavior change across regions.
- Partner closely with regional pricing leaders to deploy tools, analytics, dashboards, and best practices that improve local execution.
Transformation Leadership- Scale successful regional pilots into global capabilities through structured deployment, governance, and continuous improvement processes.
- Lead the transition from consultant-supported initiatives to sustainable Otis-owned pricing capabilities, tools, and operating processes.
- Establish and continuously improve the Pricing Management Operating System (MOS) to drive execution discipline, adoption, and measurable value realization.
- Partner with price strategy leaders in analytics, services and new equipment to embed pricing intelligence directly into commercial systems and workflows.
- Serve as the primary business owner for pricing technology investments, ensuring clear linkage between capabilities, adoption, and financial outcomes.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in Pricing, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, Business Transformation, Process Excellence, Systems Enablement, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience leading CRM, CPQ, ERP, pricing system, or commercial workflow initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
Desired Qualifications- Experience working in complex B2B industrial, capital equipment, building technologies, or recurring service businesses.
- Demonstrated pricing experience implementing CRM, CPQ, workflow, governance, and enablement capabilities that improve pricing execution, adoption, and commercial outcomes
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional change management, drive user adoption, and embed new capabilities into commercial operating processes.
- Experience with Dynamics CRM and CPQ platforms, or similar enterprise environments preferred.
- Experience leveraging AI, workflow automation, decision-support tools, or digital capabilities to improve pricing execution and commercial effectiveness preferred
This role will play an important part in advancing pricing as a core commercial capability at Otis. Success will be measured by improved adoption of pricing-related processes and tools, stronger commercial execution, enhanced operational effectiveness, and the organization's ability to drive measurable business outcomes through consistent pricing practices.
The salary range for this role is $140,000-$160,000. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
