Full Job Description
As Senior Manager, Global Planning Operations, you will partner with Global MPIM leadership to drive planning excellence, business performance, operational execution, and strategic initiatives across our global organization. This role combines planning operations, performance management, executive communications, business analysis, and project leadership. Reporting to the Senior Director, Planning Operations, this role does not have direct reports and leads through influence and cross-functional collaboration across all 6 global clusters at Levi's. About the Job • Planning Operations & Business Performance • Own and maintain the global MPIM Concept-to-Consumer planning calendar. • Partner with global and regional teams to align planning milestones and deliverables. • Monitor KPIs and business performance, identifying opportunities, risks, and recommended actions. • Support strategic planning processes through business analysis and scenario planning. • Executive Communications & Insights • Develop presentations and materials for senior leadership reviews, S&OP meetings, and strategic discussions. • Translate complex data and business challenges into clear recommendations and actionable insights. • Create consistent, executive-level storytelling and reporting across global teams. • Pre-Season and In-Season Planning • Lead key planning milestones, including forecasting, investment reviews, volume alignment, and buy reviews. • Consolidate regional inputs into a cohesive global perspective. • Establish and monitor global inventory and performance targets. • Support monthly S&OP activities by coordinating inputs, highlighting risks, and tracking follow-up actions. • Process Improvement & Transformation • Drive process improvements that simplify planning activities and improve consistency across teams. • Support implementation of new tools, technologies, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities. • Partner across planning, inventory management, systems, and operations teams to improve ways of working. About You • Education: • Master degree in Business Management • Experience: • 8+ years of experience in planning, strategy, business operations, consulting, retail, supply chain, or related business functions. • Experience in retail, apparel, consumer products, or complex global organizations. • Strong analytical and financial skills. • Ability to synthesize data and translate insights into business recommendations. • Experience managing projects and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions. • Excellent written, verbal, and executive presentation skills. • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration tools. • Ability to work independently and navigate evolving business needs. This is a hybrid work schedule based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs. The expected starting salary range for this role is $135,200 - $198,300 per year We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs. Levi Strauss & Co.
