  • Partner with Banking as a trusted advisor, providing balanced risk perspectives, effective challenge, and timely credit decisions that support the client experience and maintain strong credit discipline.
  • Maintain effective governance and business controls across assigned activities, including regulatory compliance, operational risk, AML/ATF, conduct risk, and the integrity of critical GRM data elements.
  • Drive process innovation, digitization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance credit decision quality, operational efficiency, and the stakeholder experience.
  • Promote a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and client focus while coaching, developing, and mentoring team members to build capability, engagement, and succession strength.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed? We'd love to work with you if you have experience with:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, credit adjudication, or commercial/corporate credit risk management.
  • Post-secondary education in business or a related field.
  • Strong credit judgement with extensive experience in complex financial analysis, risk assessment, credit structuring, collateral/security documentation, and related lending policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to administer a Commercial and/or Corporate credit portfolio and apply sound portfolio management discipline, while balancing credit quality requirements with service level commitments.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-resolution skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and professional credit replies, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively and deliver high-quality outcomes in a timely manner.

What's in it for you?

  • Exposure to a dynamic Automotive Credit portfolio with a variety of client and facility types, including Commercial, Corporate, and ABL portfolios.
  • The opportunity to work closely with Banking and cross-functional partners, providing meaningful risk perspectives that support client strategy and prudent decision-making.
  • A collaborative, inclusive team environment that encourages curiosity, continuous improvement, coaching, and shared success.
