A Day in Your Life at MKS:MKS is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as the dedicated finance partner. This is a highly visible role supporting operational leadership in driving margin improvement, cost efficiency, and investment decision-making. This is a site-embedded FP&A leadership position acting as the primary finance partner for the facility. You will own all planning, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering closely with operations, accounting, and global finance teams.
The role is hands-on with a blend of tactical execution and strategic support.
This is an individual contributor role, operating in a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 remote) with potential quarterly travel.
You Will Make an Impact By:- Lead site-level budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning processes
- Serve as primary FP&A partner to site operations leadership
- Analyze gross margin, cost structure, labor efficiency, output, and overhead performance
- Support operational improvement initiatives and identify financial risks and opportunities
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to support decision-making
- Evaluate ROI and support business cases for investments, new initiatives, and site projects
- Partner with accounting, controllers, and global finance teams on reporting and analysis
- Deliver insights to support both operational execution and strategic planning
Skills You Bring:- 8+ years of progressive finance experience
- Strong background in FP&A and/or operations finance
- Experience supporting site-level or complex operational financial planning
- Fluent Spanish required (verbal communication essential)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA or CFA preferred
This is a hybrid role and candidates must live within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Compensation and Benefits: - Salary Pay Range: $135,000 - $225,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role. - Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
