A Day in Your Life at MKS:

MKS is seeking a Senior Manager, FP&A to serve as the dedicated finance partner. This is a highly visible role supporting operational leadership in driving margin improvement, cost efficiency, and investment decision-making. This is a site-embedded FP&A leadership position acting as the primary finance partner for the facility. You will own all planning, forecasting, and financial analysis while partnering closely with operations, accounting, and global finance teams.

The role is hands-on with a blend of tactical execution and strategic support.

This is an individual contributor role, operating in a hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 remote) with potential quarterly travel.

You Will Make an Impact By:

This is a hybrid role and candidates must live within a commutable distance to Andover, MA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Salary Pay Range: $135,000 - $225,000 per year. This range is a good faith estimate of the expected salary range for this position, based on a wide range of factors including qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs and other considerations permitted by law.
    At MKS, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role.
  • Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS [or as applicable].
