  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making, including direct reporting to the CFO.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing to forecast ARR, and collaborate with department leaders on performance insights and variance analysis.
  • Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate business scenarios, strategic initiatives, investments, and partnerships.
  • Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in financial reporting.
  • Participate in a highly compliant environment and assist in maintaining company security and compliance controls.

Were looking for a strategic financial leader to join our team as Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis. In this role, youll be at the heart of how AbsenceSoft plans for the future - partnering with executive leaders, driving smarter forecasting, and translating financial data into insights that shape our growth. WHAT YOULL DO

  • Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering alignment with organizational goals and professional growth.
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making, including direct reporting to the CFO.

Final compensation is determined based on a candidates relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.

The pay range for this role is:

116,976 - 146,219 USD per year (US National)
