WHAT YOULL DO
- Lead the development and execution of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Manage, mentor, and develop the FP&A team, fostering alignment with organizational goals and professional growth.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support executive and board-level decision-making, including direct reporting to the CFO.
- Partner with Sales and Marketing to forecast ARR, and collaborate with department leaders on performance insights and variance analysis.
- Develop and enhance financial models to evaluate business scenarios, strategic initiatives, investments, and partnerships.
- Drive process improvements and automation to increase efficiency in financial reporting, while supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes with Accounting.
- Participate in a highly compliant environment and assist in maintaining company security and compliance controls

WHAT YOULL BRING
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling, with advanced Excel skills.
- Enthusiasm for a hybrid work environment, with approximately 3 days per week of in-office presence in our downtown Denver location.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- High attention to detail, strong business acumen, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in financial systems such as Cube, Pigment, and NetSuite.
Final compensation is determined based on a candidates relevant experience, skills, education, and geographic location. This position is also eligible for annual bonus.
The pay range for this role is:
116,976 - 146,219 USD per year (US National)
