YOUR IMPACT

As a Senior Manager, Financial Operations, you'll help shape the future of OpenText's global Invoice-to-Pay operations. You'll lead a high-performing team, drive automation and process transformation initiatives, strengthen financial controls, and partner across the business to deliver operational excellence. This is an opportunity to influence how financial operations scale and evolve while supporting strategic business priorities. WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing global transactional finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, inclusion, and continuous growth.
  • Drive automation, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, and business leaders as a trusted advisor to improve processes and deliver measurable business value.
  • Strengthen financial controls, governance practices, and operational policies to ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Lead internal and external audit activities, address findings, and implement sustainable process and control improvements.
  • Monitor finance operations, cash targets, accruals, and key performance metrics to drive accuracy, compliance, and business performance.
  • Champion strategic initiatives that improve employee and vendor experience while supporting OpenText's long-term financial and operational objectives.


WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
  • CPA designation (or actively pursuing a CPA designation) with 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in accounting or finance, including direct people leadership within a global organization.
  • Experience working in a global SAP environment is preferred.
  • Strong technical accounting expertise, including financial reporting, accounting controls, risk management, and complex accounting analysis.
  • Proven ability to build, coach, and develop high-performing teams while fostering engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement, operational transformation, automation initiatives, and scalable finance solutions.
  • Experience leveraging financial systems and technology solutions, including SAP, Concur, Microsoft Office, and AI-enabled productivity tools to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and develop practical solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and drive change across a complex global organization.

Salary Range: $98,080 - $147,120 Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
