Your Impact- Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and the execution of strategic priorities.
- Conduct financial and business analyses to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Participate in and contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance financial and operational performance.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against business objectives.
- Prepare and present financial analyses tailored to various levels of management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with growth objectives.
- Help strengthen financial acumen and understanding among business partners and leaders.
The skills that set you apart- Professional accounting designation (CPA) or relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- More than 10 years of progressive experience in finance, including several years in a strategic business partnering role.
- Demonstrated experience advising senior executives and influencing decision-making in complex environments.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, performance management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent understanding of financial statements, profitability metrics, and operational performance drivers.
- Proven ability to translate financial information into clear, compelling business recommendations.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a professional services, engineering, or complex matrix organization is considered a significant asset.
- Proficiency with financial and enterprise performance management systems (Oracle, Hyperion, or equivalent).
- Bilingualism (French and English) is required to collaborate effectively with teams, clients, and partners across Canada and internationally.
CompensationBC, AB, SK, NWT & NU: $147,500 - $195,400 MB & ON: $134,600 - $184,600 Atlantic Provinces & QC: $133,200 - $176,900Disclosure: The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
