Innomar Strategies is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager, Field Operations to lead and optimize field-based operational activities across a range of programs. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who excels at managing teams, improving performance, and delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

As a key leader within the organization, you will oversee day-to-day field operations, drive continuous improvement, support program execution, and help ensure a high standard of client satisfaction. About the Role

The Senior Manager, Field Operations is responsible for leading field-based operational activities, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that enhance performance across multiple programs. The role requires a strong balance of operational leadership, team development, client focus, and business acumen.

You will partner with internal stakeholders across functions to support seamless execution, maintain quality and compliance, and identify opportunities to improve processes, outcomes, and overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of field teams, includingresource allocation, scheduling, and performance management

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and best practices to improveefficiency, productivity, and service quality

  • Lead, mentor, and develop field professionals, fostering a culture ofhigh performance and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor27s degree inBusiness Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
    Master27s degree preferred

  • 7-10 yearsof progressive experience in field operations, preferably in thepharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry

  • 3-5 yearsof leadership experience managing field-based teams

  • Proven success managing complex operational programs and driving measurable performance improvements

  • Strong understanding offield service management, logistics, and supply chain processes

  • Experience inpatient assistance programsand operational policies and processes required

  • General knowledge ofreimbursementandmarket accesslandscapes

  • Strong pharmaceutical and biotechnology business knowledge, includingclient managementandhealthcare professional communications

  • Strong customer and client management background

  • Experience inoperations and account managementis an asset

  • Fluency inEnglishrequired;Frenchis an asset

  • Ability to travel frequently as required by the role

  • Valid driver27s license and access to a vehicle required
