Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with external auditors for quarterly and annual audits, ensuring timely support and responses
  • Lead or assist in monthly and quarterly close procedures, including preparation of all SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, etc.)
  • Research and document complex accounting issues and non-routine transactions, preparing position memos and supporting documentation (e.g., equity, debt, consolidation and business combinations)
  • Analyze new accounting pronouncements-including FASB pronouncements, SEC regulations, and tax laws-and assist in implementing them across the organization
  • Ensure internal control compliance through documentation of accounting policies and procedures, supporting audit readiness

Full Job Description
As a member of our Accounting team, you will own the evaluation and documentation of complex accounting matters, lead external financial reporting activities, and partner closely with Finance leadership, external auditors, and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This individual will play a critical role in translating complex accounting guidance into practical business solutions while helping the organization develop strong financial infrastructure.

Estimated base salary range: $145,000 - $185,000. Actual compensation package is dependent on a number of factors, including, for example, experience, education, degrees held, market data, and business needs.
