Full Job Description
Your Role in Supporting Our Members:

As Senior Manager, Estates, Registered Plans & Digitization, you will lead large-scale operational modernization initiatives across estates, trust, registered plans administration, and enterprise document digitization. A core focus of this role is end-to-end project leadership overseeing complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve service delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and support over $30M in annual revenue. You will translate strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, manage interdependent workstreams, and drive change that enhances both member experience and operational efficiency. We are seeking a seasoned leader with strong project management, transformation, and people leadership experience within complex financial services environments.

This is a Full-time, Temporary role based at our Vancity head office and will report directly to the Head of Banking Operations. While this position provides a hybrid work arrangement, you will be expected to be on-site for events and business demand.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience within financial services operations, estates, trusts, or registered plans
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience leading professional or specialized teams
  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional projects or transformation programs
  • Proven ability to manage complex project timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations

What You'll Earn:

This role offers a salary range of $122,400 to $151,200 per annum. The base pay offered may vary depending on factors such as relevant qualifications, skills, previous experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards package, employees may also be eligible for our annual incentive program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
