Lead the organization's Project Management Office (PMO) capabilities, driving governance, portfolio management, and execution excellence across strategic capital initiatives.
Manage and develop a team of Project Managers responsible for delivering a diverse portfolio of capital projects.
Provide leadership and oversight for complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring alignment with business priorities and enterprise objectives.
Establish, optimize, and sustain project governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and reporting processes that enable consistent project delivery.
Drive portfolio visibility through data-driven dashboards, performance metrics, capacity planning, and executive reporting.
Partner with senior business and functional leaders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and remove execution barriers.
Identify portfolio risks, resource constraints, and operational bottlenecks, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to improve outcomes.
Champion continuous improvement and PMO maturity by enhancing project management tools, processes, and organizational capabilities.
Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, talent development, and change management.
Balance near-term execution with long-term capability building to strengthen the organization's project delivery and operational excellence.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field required.
Master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline is preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, program management, PMO leadership, operations management, engineering, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience leading and developing teams.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior leaders and key stakeholders.
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is considered a strong asset.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic thinker with a systems-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex business challenges.
