The opportunityAdobe's Digital Monetization Growth team owns monetization funnel performance across the Creative and Marketing Professionals customer group, including Firefly and agentic monetization. We're hiring a Senior Manager to grow monetization for Creative Professionals on desktop and web. This work moves Adobe's revenue directly.
You'll lead a team of growth product managers, set the strategy, and run experiments. If you want to shape how AI gets monetized for creators, this is the seat.
What you'll do- Own the paywalls and in-app upsells that turn free users into paid subscribers, and improve them through testing.
- Set pricing and usage limits for generative AI, including credit and consumption models, and manage credit packs.
- Contribute to metering and pricing for agentic and AI-assistant experiences, with a focus on cost and margin.
- Run a consistent A/B testing program: form hypotheses, size the impact, and prioritize with data.
- Build monetization strategies that connect upgrade moments to the value users get from their work, lifting freemium-to-paid conversion.
- Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Growth Engineering, Data Science, Finance, and the Business and Modeling Strategy team.
- Lead and coach a small team across time zones, including Australia.
What you'll need to succeed- 5+ years in growth, product management, or monetization for a consumer subscription business, including leading a team.
- You've moved a revenue or growth number in a product-led-growth business, with monetization work you can point to.
- Deep expertise in AI feature monetization: pricing and gating generative features, and the unit economics behind them.
- Comfort with credit and metering mechanics: feature and plan-level metering, soft caps, and fair-use limits.
- You know subscription packaging across plans, tiers, and offers.
- You decide what to measure, benchmark, segment, and prioritize from data with Data Science.
- Clear communication with senior leaders. You take a position and back it with facts.
- Experience with creative software, SaaS, or AI-native products is a plus.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $137,700 -- $273,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $188,700 - $273,200
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
