Full Job Description
Senior Manager, Site Data Operations - Brampton, ON (1 Year Contract)

In this role, you will lead a team of data professionals, driving the strategic direction of the Data Operations Site team. As the Sr. Manager, Site Data Operations, you will oversee the daily execution, governance, and continuous improvement of site master data processes across SAP, supporting store setup, maintenance, closures, archiving, and data quality. Ideally, you are a collaborative people leader with strong data, governance, and operational execution experience who can influence cross-functional partners and drive results and change across a complex enterprise environment.

What You'll Do:
• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the Data Operations Site team, providing coaching, prioritization, and development support to a team responsible for site master data creation, maintenance, and lifecycle execution in SAP.
• Oversee accurate and timely execution of site setup and maintenance activities across the enterprise including new stores, offices, distribution centres, and related site master data attributes.
• Provide leadership over site lifecycle processes and controls to protect data integrity and reduce downstream operational and financial risk.
• Partner with numerous cross functional stakeholders such as Corporate Store Development, Franchise Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Supply Chain, Transport, Loblaw Real Estate, Finance, Technology teams to support store opening, flips, conversions and closures.
• Champion data governance, controls, and data quality across site master data by ensuring adherence to documented standards, monitoring data quality reports, resolving root causes, escalating risks, and driving sustainable improvements to process accuracy and compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement, automation and process simplification initiatives that improve service levels, reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and enable support for enterprise projects and business initiatives.

What you Bring:
• 5+ years of experience in master data, data governances, business process improvement, retail operations support, or a related field, with strong experience supporting enterprise-level operational processes.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, including coaching, prioritizing work, managing performance, building capability, and leading teams through change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and master data processes. Experience supporting data quality, data governance, or lifecycle management considered a strong asset.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely outcomes.
• Strong process management, analytical, problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify root causes, strengthen controls, and improve service levels.
• Excellent communication, influencing, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to lead multiple priorities, drive continuous improvement, and translate complex data or process issues into clear business actions.
