Summary

Cast & Crew is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Analytics to lead our enterprise analytics organization. This role is responsible for delivering trusted business intelligence, operational reporting, executive dashboards, self-service analytics, and advanced analytical solutions that enable data-driven decision making across the company.

The Senior Manager will lead teams of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and BI Developers while partnering closely with Product Management, Finance, Operations, Engineering, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership.

Success in this role requires balancing technical excellence with business partnership-ensuring data is accurate, accessible, and actionable for stakeholders throughout the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop teams of Analytics Engineers, Data Analysts, and Business Intelligence developers
  • Define and execute the enterprise analytics strategy
  • Partner with business leaders to identify reporting and analytics priorities
  • Deliver executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and self-service analytics solutions
  • Establish enterprise reporting standards, KPIs, and business metrics
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytical platforms
  • Build scalable semantic models and curated datasets for business users
  • Drive adoption of self-service BI capabilities
  • Partner with Data Engineering to define enterprise data models and trusted data sources
  • Translate complex business questions into measurable analytical solutions
  • Lead prioritization, planning, and execution of analytics initiatives
  • Mentor analytical talent and foster a culture of curiosity, continuous improvement, and business partnership


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data platforms
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams
  • Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts
  • Advanced SQL expertise
  • Experience with enterprise BI platforms such as ThoughtSpot, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Experience building executive dashboards and operational reporting
  • Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and business performance measurement
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
  • Experience partnering with Engineering, Product, Finance, and Operations
  • Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
  • Strong project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management experience

Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year.
