The Senior Manager, Creative Strategy & Production is accountable for leading Sherweb's creative function across strategy, production, operations, and modernization. This role ensures creative work aligns with business objectives, supports a high-performing team, and builds scalable systems, processes, and capabilities that enable the organization to deliver impactful creative experiences efficiently and consistently.

Creative Function Leadership

  • Lead and evolve the day-to-day operations of the creative studio
  • Support writers, designers,translators,videographers, andwebdevelopers through coaching, prioritization, and operational leadership
  • Build a scalable creative operating model across the internal team while thoughtfullyleveragingfreelancers and external marketing agencies when appropriate
  • Helpestablishclear ownership, accountability, and production workflows
  • Own the definition, tracking, and management of KPIs and service levels to improve throughput, turnaround time, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction


Strategic Translation & Campaign Execution

  • Partner closely with GTM and marketing leaders to ensure strategic intent is reflected in creative execution
  • Improve how campaigns and initiatives are translated into actionable creative direction
  • Help ensure campaign experiences feel cohesive across channels and touchpoints
  • Strengthencollaboration between creativeand marketing stakeholders


Creative Quality & Standards

  • Ensurethe consistency and quality of creative execution across campaigns and channels
  • Helpestablishscalable creative standards, QA processes, and precedent libraries
  • Reinforce strong audience-centric storytelling and creative thinking
  • Support the continued evolution ofSherweb'sbrand


Workflow & Operational Modernization

  • Improve creative workflows, intake processes, prioritization systems, and production operations
  • Activelyidentify, implement, and scale the use of AI services and modern tools to improve efficiency, consistency, speed, and production capacity
  • Help reduce reactive production patterns and improve operational clarity
  • Support scalable and sustainable production planning
  • Assess when work should be delivered through internal capacity versus freelancers or external agencies, and build the right resourcing model to scale output without compromising quality or efficiency

  • Uses data, performance metrics, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement

  • Base salary between $101,990 and $145,700per year
