Full Job Description
Location: Remote or hybrid (Quebec province)

Here's how you will contribute to the company's success

  • Propose, review, and take ownership of technical designs at the EPIC level
  • Design and implement agentic workflows, including the integration of internal and external MCP servers into the service offering of the core transactional platform
  • Contribute to the analysis and categorization of work artifacts (e.g., service tickets, incident reports)
  • Contribute to the development team's code review standards and processes
  • Mentor Developer I and Developer II team members
  • Ensure, together with the team, the operation and support of the products under the team's responsibility
  • Consistently apply SDLC best practices
  • Contribute to the technology roadmap by executing the Product Owner's vision for the team's products
  • Identify elements of technical debt within the team and contribute to their prioritization
  • May be involved in the recruitment process and participate as a backup interviewer in second-round technical interviews
  • Identify opportunities, emerging technologies, and best practices as part of the team's technology watch and continuous improvement efforts.

  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 8 years) in cloud-native, distributed, multi-tenant development
  • Strong understanding and application of software development best practices, with a strong focus on clean code
  • Experience with the following technologies: .NET Core, C#, Claude, GitHub Copilot, ORM frameworks, Azure DevOps, and relational or other types of databases
  • Familiarity with dependency injection frameworks (especially within the.NET ecosystem)
  • Experience with artificial intelligence and AI agents
  • Strong command of French and English, both written and spoken.
  • College or university degree in Computer Science.
