  • Build business cases that connect market opportunities, financial outcomes, operational considerations, and strategic priorities.
  • Support enterprise transformation initiatives by helping define strategic objectives, implementation roadmaps, governance structures, and success metrics.
  • Facilitate strategic planning processes, including annual and multi-year corporate strategy development.
  • Partner directly with senior executives to frame complex business issues, structure analyses, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic decisions, providing objective perspectives, challenge, and insight to support executive decision-making.
  • Develop compelling executive, Board, government, customer, and investor presentations that communicate recommendations, risks, trade-offs, and expected outcomes.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, concise, and persuasive strategic narratives tailored to senior stakeholder audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives involving Finance, Corporate Development, Government Relations, Operations, Technology, and external partners.
  • Influence decision-making across the organization through exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and consulting-style engagement leadership.
