Position Summary...The Senior Manager, Construction, leads the planning, execution, and completion of major construction projects by managing schedules, budgets, and contractor coordination to ensure quality and timely delivery. This role drives strategic initiatives, fosters collaboration across internal and external teams, and oversees compliance with regulatory and company standards. The position requires strong leadership in problem-solving, risk management, and resource allocation while promoting continuous improvement and innovation in construction processes. The Senior Manager also mentors associates, supports business objectives, and ensures alignment with organizational goals to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll do...- Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met through effective coordination of contractors and material procurement.
- Oversee contract execution, change directives, and documentation to support timely project completion and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, legal, and real estate to resolve design and site-specific issues.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).
