Bristol-Myers Squibb Company is hiring a(n) Senior Manager, Clinical Trial Business Delivery
(in Princeton, NJ).
Duties: Support the Global Development Organization (GDO) in delivering the company's clinical development portfolio in collaboration with the GDO team and other functions across the R&D organization. Develop analytic data marts including study dashboards and reports in support of governance reviews. Assist in the creation and assessment of portfolio-level information for senior management to review for strategic and tactical decision-making. Identify metrics and KPIs in support of proactive management and execution of the work. Communicate the metrics and KPIs of operational performance to senior management teams. Conduct assessment of trends and develop recommendations for continuous improvement. Implement metrics and dashboard in partnership with the Business Information and Analytics (BI&A) organization. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.
Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience as a Clinical Data Manager or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, and three (3) of related work experience as a Clinical Data Manager or related occupation.
Must have three (3) years of experience in the following skills (which may be gained concurrently):
- Using statistical methods including Time Series, Frequentist, and Bayesian to develop statistical models and algorithms;
- Operationalizing clinical trial data using SAS, PowerBI, Tableau, Microstrategy, or Python;
- Developing data marts including study dashboards;
- Complying with clinical trial, regulatory, and safety processes in the biopharmaceutical industry including ICH guidelines for good clinical practice (GCP); and
- Assessing operational data across Therapeutic Areas and geographies.
