Providence is calling for Senior Manager Clinical Pharmacy - Pharmacy - Hybrid

The Senior Clinical Manager - Specialty Pharmacotherapy Clinics is a clinically advanced, operationally focused pharmacy leader responsible for the oversight, implementation, and optimization of specialty pharmacotherapy clinic programs in a hospital setting. This role integrates clinical practice leadership, program implementation, and performance management to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex and chronic conditions managed through collaborative drug therapy management models.

We are hiring for two positions. The focus area of each is as follows:
  • Pharmacotherapy Specialty Services (i.e. Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology)
  • Pharmacotherapy Oncology and Anticoagulation Services


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in accredited college/school of Pharmacy.
  • Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License or
    • Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License or
    • Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered
  • 5 years Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical experience.
  • 3 years Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical leadership experience.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • PharmD in Pharmacy or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master's Degree in MPH; MBA or equivalent education/experience.
  • 3 years collaborative drug therapy management clinical practice experience.

  • California: All Southern California - Except Bakersfield: Min: $108.29, Max: $173.13
  • Oregon: Portland Service Area: $103.89, Max:$166.10
  • Washington: Western: Min: $108.29, Max: $173.13
  • Washington: Southwest - Olympia, Centralia & Below: $103.89, Max:$166.10
  • Washington: Eastern: Min: $92.44, Max:$147.80
  • Washington: South Eastern: Min:$96.84, Max: $154.84
