Job DescriptionProvidence is calling for Senior Manager Clinical Pharmacy - Pharmacy - HybridThe Senior Clinical Manager - Specialty Pharmacotherapy Clinics is a clinically advanced, operationally focused pharmacy leader responsible for the oversight, implementation, and optimization of specialty pharmacotherapy clinic programs in a hospital setting. This role integrates clinical practice leadership, program implementation, and performance management to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with complex and chronic conditions managed through collaborative drug therapy management models.
We are hiring for two positions. The focus area of each is as follows:
- Pharmacotherapy Specialty Services (i.e. Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Cardiology)
- Pharmacotherapy Oncology and Anticoagulation Services
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in accredited college/school of Pharmacy.
- Upon hire: Washington Pharmacist License or
- Upon hire: Oregon Pharmacist License or
- Upon hire: California Pharmacist Registered
- 5 years Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical experience.
- 3 years Ambulatory Pharmacy Clinical leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- PharmD in Pharmacy or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Master's Degree in MPH; MBA or equivalent education/experience.
- 3 years collaborative drug therapy management clinical practice experience.

- Washington: Eastern: Min: $92.44, Max:$147.80
- Washington: South Eastern: Min:$96.84, Max: $154.84
