Job DescriptionManager Polysomnography and Respiratory Therapy - Sleep Lab at Providence St. Luke's Rehabilitation Medical Center in Spokane, WAManager Polysomnography and Respiratory Therapy - Sleep Lab serves as core leader with responsibility and supervision of the sleep and scheduling caregivers. Oversees daily operations of sleep center. Performs routine and complex diagnostic procedures including diagnostic procedures, MSLTs, and other polysomnographic procedures. Supports the director in administering the departmental functions of this department. Other supervisory duties include scheduling, performance evaluation, timekeeping and employee relations.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a related field or equivalent education/experience.
- National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire -OR-
- National Certified Polysomnographic Technician - Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists upon hire -OR-
- National Sleep Disorders Specialty - National Board for Respiratory Care upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 5 years of Registered Polysomnographic Technologist in an AASM Accredited Sleep Center
- 3 years of progressively responsible leadership experience as a supervisor or manager in a Sleep Lab program
Preferred Qualifications:- Washington Respiratory Care Practitioner License in lieu of Polysomnographic Technologist can be considered

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
