Precision Fusing and Sensors is actively hiring for a Senior Manager, Cell Operations in Middletown, CT. The Senior Manager is empowered to manage the daily operations of all Fuzing production resources, and is accountable for creating and maximizing enterprise value by:
Maximizing customer satisfaction via best-in-class On Time Delivery performance (OTD), generally considered 95% or greater.
Maximizing Gross Margin (GM) at levels dictated by the Annual Operating Plan via effective management and utilization of personnel, materials, equipment and time to minimize and stabilize costs.
Ensuring product Quality via enforcement of the use of proper tools, processes, procedures and work instructions, striving for escape-free operational performance with 0.25% scrap and 0.1% Customer Warranty Return (CWR) rate.
Developing a knowledgeable, agile, and empowered workforce via appropriate employee training initiatives.
