About the Role

As a Senior Manager on the team, you will support the Category Strategy & Analytics function for our Harry's, Flamingo, Lume, and Mando brands. While performance reporting & understanding of key business drivers will be important, you will also be a critical partner in informing how our brand comes to life, influencing how we react to the ever-changing competitive environment. You will work across nearly all teams at Mammoth Brands and have significant leadership exposure. This role will be based at our headquarters in New York. You will report into the Head of Centralized Insights & Analytics.

Responsibilities:
  • Work to understand key business drivers across macro market trends, category, shopper, and competitive performance and help to craft our strategy
  • Lead a thoughtful approach to reporting on key changes in the business
  • Bring to light high-priority growth opportunities for our brands
  • Drive high-impact internal projects with key functional leaders (strategy and implementation)
  • Answer the CMO's most pressing questions and be an expert on performance across our markets, channels, and customers
  • Engage with and learn from other teams including sales, marketing, analytics, operations, etc.
  • Serve as a team leader, providing coaching and mentorship to team members and serving as analytics team lead across omnichannel projects


This might describe you:
  • A Bachelor's degree; 4-7 years in an analytical, data-driven role (2+ years management consulting or investment banking experience preferred)
  • Experience with advanced modeling and the ability to create impactful presentations (CPG industry experience preferred, Syndicated or Retailer Loyalty Data is a plus)
  • Self-starter, confident, ability to manage projects independently once onboarded
  • Demonstrated success collaborating and driving cross-functional consensus
  • Comfortable and effective when presenting to senior leadership and partners
  • Passion for working in an entrepreneurial environment with a positive attitude


Who you'll work with:
  • Reporting into the Head of Centralized Insights & Analytics.
  • Working internally with the broader "CIA" team, including Channel Analytics, Demand Planning, Enablement (BI and Analytics Engineering), Consumer Insights, and Data Science sub-teams.
  • Partnering cross-functionally with the Brand Teams, Retail Sales Team, Digital Marketplaces Team, Demand Planning, R&D, Maker and Design teams, and Finance.

The base salary hiring range for this position is $142,400-$175,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
