Reporting to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of Global Product Technology, Supply Chain Technology, & Corporate Systems Technology, the Technology Operations team drives operational rhythm to ensure seamless orchestration to drive leadership alignment, driving the rhythm of business across the organization, with a focus on facilitating leadership meetings (Director+), facilitating business reviews for portfolios under the SVP's scope, providing technology updates, and team budgets financials.

a day in the life:

As an integral member of the SVP's leadership team, the Senior Manager, Technology Operations will:
  • Partner with the SVP and their leadership team to translate vision into strategy and support execution across the team, monitoring progress and ensuring alignment.
  • Support SVP in design of offsites, leadership meetings, capturing insights and ensuring follow through on action items that accelerate team performance and priorities.
  • Facilitate and lead strategic forums across cross-functional and executive teams-ensuring visibility into work, driving alignment and accountability across the technology roadmap, and embedding operational excellence through consistent governance and best practices.
  • Drive proactive, transparent communication of plans and priorities as a liaison between SVP and cross-functional and tech stakeholders-surfacing risks and opportunities early to enable informed decision-making and alignment.
  • Identify and Lead updates, partner closely with leaders, P&C partners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Lead SVP's engagement strategy in partnership with the central Tech Comms & Tech Leadership-supporting executive-level presentations and driving team engagement aligned with tech and enterprise priorities.
  • Partner with FP&A partners and Tech Business Operations team to support budget owners in financial planning, monitoring and exercises.
  • Collaborate with business operations roles across Technology and the Tech Business Operations in the Tech Strategy & Operations team to drive continuous improvement in execution across teams.
  • Collaborate with regional tech leaders to support supply chain technology, corporate system technology, and global product technology solutions.
qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or management, Communications, information Systems, Finance or related field and 7+ years of work experience in program management, process management, process improvement
  • Strong finance background (FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or similar) applied in a technology-rich environment
  • Deep understanding of technology cost drivers, including labor, vendors, cloud, tooling, and platform economics
  • Ability to model scenarios, quantify trade-offs, and assess ROI across complex, multi-year technology initiatives
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and influencing senior leaders without direct authority
  • Proven ability to move from insight to action-turning analysis into measurable efficiency gains
  • Results-oriented, self-directed and accountable, with the horsepower to solve complex problems and high standards for success
  • Top tier project management skills and the ability to drive for results across a distributed set of stakeholders, from early in career to senior leadership
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including an ability to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Experience supporting or working closely with executives
  • Relevant experience with technology environments working on rhythm-of-business activities, business operations, business management, customer engagement, or other similar environments
  • Experience leading and developing a dynamic team focused on support, operations, and planning
  • Learning agility and curiosity to learn about technology innovations and how they can best help our business

compensation and benefits package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and teamperformance. Thetypical hiring range for this position is from$145,000 - $193,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
