The Role

As Senior Manager, Business Enablement, you will serve as a key partner to the Director, Business & Strategic Enablement, supporting the execution of strategic priorities across International Operations. Acting as a trusted advisor and operational lead, you will work closely with senior leaders across multiple countries, driving business planning, performance reporting, financial management, governance, and cross-functional initiatives.

This is a highly visible role that combines strategic business management, executive stakeholder engagement, reporting and analytics, and leadership. You will act as a central point of coordination across Operations, Finance, HR, Risk, and country leadership teams to ensure priorities are executed effectively and key business objectives are achieved.

Strategic Business Management
  • Partner with senior leadership to support the execution of business priorities across International Operations
  • Coordinate strategic initiatives across multiple countries and stakeholder groups, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and operational plans
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, briefing materials, and business updates for senior leadership discussions and decision-making
  • Monitor initiative progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide recommendations to support successful execution


Performance Reporting & Business Insights
  • Lead the development and enhancement of KPI dashboards and executive reporting using Power BI
  • Design and implement automated reporting solutions that improve data quality, consistency, and efficiency
  • Analyze operational, financial, and business performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting used for executive, regional, and country-level reviews


Financial Planning & Governance
  • Support annual business planning, forecasting, and performance management activities across International Operations
  • Partner with Finance teams to monitor budgets, forecasts, productivity metrics, and cost management initiatives
  • Provide analysis and reporting on financial performance, resource allocation, and efficiency opportunities
  • Coordinate governance activities and ensure tracking and resolution of key business commitments


Risk & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as the primary liaison for Business Risk Management, Audit, and governance-related initiatives impacting International Operations
  • Monitor and escalate key issues, risks, and regulatory commitments to senior leadership
  • Build strong partnerships with country operations teams, corporate functions, Directors, Vice Presidents, and COO-level stakeholders across multiple regions
  • Support initiatives that improve operational effectiveness, reporting capabilities, governance, and business performance


Leadership
  • Lead and develop a small team responsible for reporting, analysis, and business management activities
  • Provide coaching, direction, and oversight to support successful delivery of team objectives
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on accountability and continuous improvement


Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? - We'd love to work with you if you have:
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA is an asset
  • Prior experience in Business Management, Chief of Staff, COO Office, Strategy, Business Enablement, Finance Business Management, or related functions
  • Experience supporting senior executives in a highly visible business management or strategic support capacity
  • Advanced Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, reporting automation, and data visualization
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, business planning, or performance management
  • Experience developing executive-level reporting, presentations, and business insights
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across multiple business areas
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with Directors, Vice Presidents, and senior leadership teams
  • Leadership experience managing teams or overseeing business initiatives
  • Experience in financial services or banking environments is strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting international or multi-country operations is an asset
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
