SALARY: $106,400-$126,350, bonus and long-term incentive eligible
ROLE SUMMARY: The Facilities Project Manager is responsible for leading capital improvement projects and supporting facility operations across Anheuser-Busch's St. Louis Corporate Campus. This role serves as the primary point of contact for facility-related capital projects, overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout.
The Facilities Project Manager partners closely with internal stakeholders, including maintenance, security, workplace services, and business leaders, to identify facility needs, develop project scopes, manage budgets, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate combines strong project management, facilities, and construction knowledge with the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results that enhance the employee workplace experience.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Support capital projects for St. Louis Corporate and assist with capital projects for the New York Commercial Sales Office
- Support long-term capital planning and asset lifecycle management strategies as part of the 1YP-5YP
- Partner with stakeholders within the organization (maintenance, security, admins, etc.)
- CapEx budget oversight and report monthly LE
- Submit documents and paperwork for capital projects as related to the appropriate CapEx Package
- Capital Project Management
- Meet with end users to understand project needs
- Develop project scopes, space plan, and estimate as needed
- Send out Requests for Proposals to appropriate vendors
- Review project bids and perform bid shakeout/award vendor
- Write requisitions in SAP to obtain Purchase Orders
- Work through safety paperwork as required by the Anheuser-Busch EHS department
- Develop a schedule and administer the project construction
- Project closeout, including invoicing for goods and services
- External Vendor Management
- Help support the facilities team with on-site event preparation on an as-needed basis
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree in facility management, engineering, architecture or construction management
- 5-7+ years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, or a related field
- Knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction/building code)
- Broad understanding of construction processes and project impacts
- Experience in vendor management
- Experience in budget and project Management
- Experience in safety compliance
- Excellent communication, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Being able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:- Experience in Space Planning
- Experience in Furniture, Fixture & Equipment Specification and Selection
- AutoCAD experience or willingness to learn
- SAP knowledge or willingness to learn
