Full Job Description

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Account Development to join our team in Denver. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with two days in the office and three days working remotely.

Opening Date: 19/08/2026

End Date: 18/09/2026

The Senior Manager, Account Development is accountable for revenue growth and retention within existing client accounts.

Your role is to understand each customer's business well enough to identify where the organisation can do more, and converting that insight into expanded contracts, additional services and longer-term partnerships.

You will own the end-to-end renewal cycle for your portfolio. Maintain a live view of contract end dates, revenue at risk and renewal status, and ensure no renewal is treated as an administrative event.

This is a role for someone who is naturally curious about their customers' businesses, comfortable having commercial conversations within trusted relationships, and able to influence internally to get the right resources and attention behind the right accounts.

What will you be doing?

Account Growth & Commercial Expansion

• Own revenue growth across a portfolio of existing accounts, delivering upsell and cross-sell against agreed targets.

• Identify expansion opportunities through deep understanding of client needs, usage patterns, and business priorities. • Build and maintain account growth plans aligned to client objectives and Blume’s commercial strategy.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the senior commercial point of contact for assigned accounts.

• Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders, including senior decision-makers. • Lead regular account reviews focused on outcomes, performance, and growth opportunities.

• Position Blume as a trusted partner across their wider portfolio of companies, creating opportunities for strategic expansion in the market resulting in long term revenue.

Customer renewals and retention

• Initiate renewal conversations ahead of contract end, early enough to resolve service concerns, renegotiate terms and avoid last-minute pressure

• Identify at-risk accounts and escalate early, bringing in service delivery, commercial and senior leadership before a relationship becomes a retention issue

• Maintain an accurate renewal pipeline with risk ratings, next actions and a clear forecast of retained revenue across your portfolio

• Feed insight from lost renewals back into service and proposition development • You are the single point of accountability for ensuring retained revenue does not erode through inattention or reactive management.

We tend to look for people with:

  • Strong track record of growing revenue within existing client accounts.
  • Experience working closely with service delivery or operations teams.

  • Comfortable operating in complex, multi-stakeholder client environments
