Senior Management Analyst
Position Summary

The Senior Management Analyst provides Mission Assurance (MA) and Force Health Protection (FHP) support to the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The position supports risk management, critical infrastructure protection, continuity planning, mission assurance assessments, and critical asset identification. This position is Onsite in Falls Church, VA

This position requires an active Secret security clearance and may involve classified information and systems up to the Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) level.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support DHA Mission Assurance, Force Health Protection, Readiness, and Law Enforcement activities.
  • Identify and assess critical infrastructure, Defense Critical Assets (DCAs), and Task Critical Assets (TCAs).
  • Assist with risk assessments, risk management packages, and Joint Mission Assurance Assessments (JMAAs).
  • Identify mission risks, vulnerabilities, dependencies, and potential impacts.
  • Maintain and update critical asset data, annual TCA lists, and mission impact information.
  • Support Mission Assurance systems, including CADAT, MAADS, and the Global Mission Assurance Portal.
  • Assist with Continuity of Operations (COOP) plans and Business Impact Analyses (BIAs).
  • Support incident response, crisis management, emergency planning, and related exercises.
  • Coordinate with DHA, the Military Health System, Combatant Commands, military Services, and other DoD organizations.
  • Prepare reports, assessments, briefings, and recommendations for leadership.
  • Support Mission Assurance education, outreach, working groups, and training activities.
  • Perform other duties based on contract and mission requirements.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Knowledge of Mission Assurance, risk management, continuity planning, critical infrastructure protection, or related DoD programs.
  • Strong analytical, research, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to identify and evaluate mission risks, vulnerabilities, and dependencies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with government personnel, senior leadership, and multiple stakeholder organizations.
  • Ability to prepare clear reports, briefings, assessments, and recommendations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and classified information in accordance with security requirements.
  • Ability to maintain accurate program and Mission Assurance data.
Security Requirements
  • Must possess and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
  • Must meet all security and access requirements associated with the position.
  • Must be able to support classified information and systems up to the TS/SCI level, as required by the contract.

This is an onsite position in Falls Church, Virginia, supporting the Defense Health Agency.
