As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes managing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders. You're equally at home explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Using your extensive technical and leadership expertise, you manage various Engineering-specific programs and teams.

The Google Global Infrastructure (GGI) Customer Experience Office (CXO) focuses on delivering what matters to customers by prioritizing business outcomes, driving accountability, and influencing processes, products, and overall experience improvements.

As a leader within the CXO team, you will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution. You will be responsible for building and mentoring a team, advocating for the strategic and technical needs of customers, and driving cross-functional governance across GGI to deliver scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CXO team focused on delivering maximum value and aligning execution with customer priorities.
  • Act as a strategic advocate for customers' technical and business needs driving cost reductions, performance improvements, and engaging advantages while serving as the primary escalation partner within Google Global Infrastructure (GGI).
  • Lead and influence cross-functional programs across GGI teams to optimize the Google business experience, manage deliverables, and align stakeholder expectations across all levels.
  • Drive the execution of infrastructure deployments to meet Google's demand, establishing reliable cadences for program reviews, resource stewardship, and executive communication.
