Full Job Description
Senior Key Account Manager, Civil & Defense Aerospace - Americas

As our new Sr. Key Account Manager, you are responsible for implementing and executing the sales plan by conducting sales activities for existing and prospective Aerospace clients, from opportunity management through execution of programs to ultimately maintain a long-term relationship with key clients within the Americas Region i.e. United States, Canada and Brazil region. This is a high visibility role, with significant influence over product management and strategy.

This position reports to the Civil & Defense Go to market Leadership team based both in Vienna, Austria as well as in USA. TTTECH Aerospace main HQ in the US in Andover, MA. Local presence near our offices in Andover, MA is preferred, but remote applicants will also be considered.

Your Tasks

  • Proactively increase Civil and Defense Aerospace sales within in the Americas (USA, Brazil and Canada) territory by fostering relationships and personal contact with our current and prospective clients
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with TTTECH's client base in the Civil & Defense industry
  • Direct responsibility for selected key accounts to build, forecast, manage and achieve revenue
  • Overseeing of the entire sales process from business strategy, development of business models, preparing written proposals, execution plan to closure of contracts and reporting for selected customers
  • Maintain current account information records, prepare reports, and provide feedback to management personnel on a timely basis
  • Coordinate meetings, trainings, and seminars with the customer to demonstrate the value proposition of TTTECH solutions
  • Close Cooperation with the USA Team as well as European Executive, Product Management and Engineering teams based in Vienna, Austria


Your Profile

  • Completed bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics or Aerospace Engineering, or similar field is required
  • Background in Aerospace electronics and/or systems required
  • A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a sales, program management or business development role in the Aerospace electronics or systems industry
  • The proven ability to qualify client's needs and follow-up with recommendations for solutions best suited to their needs
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Being able to work closely and coordinate with the multiple matrixed internal departmental teams, also on an international basis
  • Great organizational skills with attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
  • Due to industry technical data regulations, applicant must be a US citizen or US Permanent Resident
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
