Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Developer with strong State Integrated Eligibility experience and hands-on experience with the Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC) module. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of Java/J2EE development experience and experience with rules development, with CORTICON preferred.

EDBC experience is required. Candidates without hands-on EDBC experience should not be considered.

Required Skills
• 7+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Hands-on experience with State Integrated Eligibility systems.
• Proven experience with the Eligibility Determination and Benefit Calculation (EDBC) module.
• 2+ years of experience with rules development.
• Strong Java/J2EE development skills supporting enterprise applications.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with CORTICON for rules development.
• Experience working on state government Integrated Eligibility projects.

Key Responsibilities
