Minimum Age Requirement:Job Description:What does a Senior IT Technical Systems Analyst do for us?With minimal supervision, they work on domain specific solution(s)/application(s) with strong business process and end-to-end technical knowledge. Their primary functions include:
- Acting as the main liaison between technologists and stakeholders
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with the designated business partners to support strategic objectives
- Facilitating solution assessment through analysis, management, communication of requirements, translation and alignment on solutions that meet IT strategy and business objectives
- Analyzing and assisting the business with defining and/or designing new business solutions and documenting solution(s)
- Being the first line of support for end users
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Developing and maintaining complex reports and queries
- System configuration and prototyping
- Understanding of complex technology and applications; has experience with a multitude of business processes and information systems

- Communicate clearly with technical personnel along with all levels of business leadership and project stakeholders
- Prioritize course of action for self and others to ensure that work is managed effectively
- Effectively translate business requirements into design specifications that can be leveraged by a developer to create a solution that meets business objectives
- Proactively identify potential issues before they impact end users
- Respond promptly and professionally to issues identified by end users, assist in identification and implementation of resolution
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation:- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
OR - An equivalent combination of education, experience, training, and/or certifications
Experience:- 5 or more years of professional level IT/business experience with a minimum of 3 years of business analyst experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThis position requires working at a desk/computer for extended periods of time. It requires the use of office equipment, fine motor skills including typing on the computer, dialing phones, filing paper, and working in close proximity to other people.
