Education / Training• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience required;
• 10+ years of demonstrated success as Technology Manager.
Key Job Elements• Manage Commercial/ART implementation projects and initiatives;
• Coordinate and complete projects timely and within budget;
• Meet with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project;
• Collaborate with team to formulate decision and develop the output for job/project;
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long term goals;
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients, staff members, and senior management;
• Plan and manage the job/project, manage the business/financial aspects of the job/project, provide a supportive work environment for the team, mentor, coach and develop others, and manage one's own development;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Establish and maintain relationships with third party vendors;
• Own/Support all project assigned;
• Travel required (estimated 25%).
Qualifications and Experience• Direct experience with Application Development as applied to a worldwide company;
• Advanced time management and analytical skills;
• Strong technical aptitude and experience working with enterprise software solutions;
• Excellent communication, consulting and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly develop relationships with all levels of an organization;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office.
