Qualifications

• Minimum two-year college degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer, or Electrical Engineering.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT/IS.
• Strong knowledge of data and network integrity, backup, and security processes, including CMMC requirements.
• Familiarity with server hardware selection and implementation for both Windows and Linux environments.
• Basic programming knowledge will be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain all critical company IT systems, including computers, servers, and communication tools.
• Ensure data and network integrity, performing backups and security measures in collaboration with the MSP.
• Plan and implement IT systems, ensuring they meet business requirements.
• Evaluate and approve hardware/software requests, contributing to capital planning.
• Assist IT Technicians in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Select and implement server hardware, ensuring optimal performance with software requirements.
• Engage in system implementation planning to support business growth.
