Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems
- Strong experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
- Experience with systems integrations, APIs, middleware, and data exchanges
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating process flows, user stories, and technical documentation
- Experience supporting QA/UAT processes and testing activities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce, or SAP
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or reporting tools
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, ITIL, or similar
