Job DescriptionSummaryThe Senior Investor Relations Analyst role will combine core investor relations responsibilities with competitor intelligence gathering and benchmarking, in addition to driving inputs into corporate development / planning on an as needed basis. Success in this role relies on a sound understanding of finance & accounting principles and the Life Sciences industry, in addition to demonstrated experience presenting to C-suite staff and/or public market investors.
Responsibilities:- Develops and delivers clear, strategic, compelling communications to the investment community including analysts, institutional investors, and the financial press.
- Leads initiatives that shape investor perception and support executive decision-making.
- Specializes in financial communications, competitive intelligence, and regulatory coordination, ensuring the company's messaging is consistent, transparent, and aligned with corporate strategy.
- Conducts deep research on industry trends, peer performance, and market dynamics to inform leadership and investor messaging.
- Coordinates investor events, analyst conferences, and shareholder meetings, including content development and follow-up.
- Collaborates with SEC Reporting to ensure timely and accurate public disclosures and website postings.
- Prepares investor presentations and executive updates on market conditions, analyst sentiment, and competitive positioning.
- Maintains investor documentation and support trade and industry event communications.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Post-graduate degree and/or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Typically 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategic Finance, FP&A, or related finance leadership roles.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze financial performance, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and investor sentiment, translating insights into recommendations for executive leadership.
- Proven experience developing and presenting investor communications, earnings materials, executive presentations, and strategic messaging for senior leaders, analysts, and investors.
- Strong understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, public company reporting, and SEC disclosure requirements.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with a demonstrated ability to build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and external stakeholders.

The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $192,288.00 - $300,450.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
