Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design.
- Experience using AI tools throughout the design process.

Preferred qualifications: - Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.

- Experience designing for emerging AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), generative media, agentic systems, or multimodal AI interactions.

Responsibilities - Create clear, intuitive user flows and state behaviors. Design frameworks for human-AI collaboration.
- Translate research and AI model capabilities into functional, interactive prototypes using AI-assisted coding and tools.
- Deliver polished designs, considering layouts, motion, and interaction patterns by applying Google's material design system.
- Partner closely with researchers, engineers, Product Managers, and subject matter experts to translate technical constraints into intuitive user experiences.
- Navigate fast-moving research environments by using prototypes and designs to quickly test hypotheses and iterate based on feedback.
