Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior Intelligence Management Specialist to support United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Forces Unified Strategic Intelligence and Operations Nexus (FUSION) task order. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Charlottesville, Virginia

Salary Range: $97,000 - $158,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:
• The Intelligence Management Specialist will serve as the key operational and administrative support node for the contract's analytical workforce.
• Responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of information and the seamless execution of tasks, enabling analysts, engineers, and scientists to focus on their core mission.
• Distinctly different from the Contract Senior Intelligence Analyst who focuses on tradecraft, this role focuses on the business and process of intelligence management.
• Provides a full range of support including but not limited to the administration and management of incoming RFIs, formal task actions, reports, and briefings, ensuring all items are properly tracked from receipt to completion.
• Assists the analytical staff by reviewing documents for administrative accuracy, consolidating inputs, and formatting products and correspondence according to established standards.
• Prepares for high-level meetings and official functions, including creating comprehensive read-ahead books and briefing materials, coordinating with security to ensure all visitors and attendees have appropriate access, and managing all logistical aspects of the event.
• Provides hands-on cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support, ensuring FINTEL is moved securely and efficiently to the appropriate networks for customer access.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A Master's degree or higher in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and a minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR- a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
