Celestar, a B&A Company, is seeking a Senior Deputy Program Manager to support United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) Forces Unified Strategic Intelligence and Operations Nexus (FUSION) task order. ANTICIPATED START: April 2027
PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 Base Year + 4 Option Years
LOCATION: Charlottesville, Virginia

Salary Range: $97,000 - $158,000 annually

Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, certifications, security clearance, and contract funding. This position is contingent upon contract award.

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT: Active TS/SCI Clearance, adjudicated within the past five (5) years

Responsibilities:
• The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) will support the PM and provide direct oversight of specific operational and functional areas.
• The DPM will be assigned to manage the CONUS, OCONUS, training, and administrative functions, ensuring focused leadership across the contract's diverse requirements.
• The DPM will have full authority to act on all matters within their designated area of responsibility and for the daily operation of the task order in the PM's absence.

Required Qualifications and Skills (Must Be Reflected on Your Resume):
• A Master's degree or higher in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and a minimum of 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
-OR- a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
